For the Tate Britain launch of the ‘Hogarth and Europe’ exhibition, we transformed a series of paintings from Hogarth’s ‘Marriage A-la-Mode’ series into a witty animated story. Reflecting Hogarth's famous style of capturing vibrant and often sharply satirical glimpses of the 18th century, the animations take viewers on an enjoyable journey, explaining the details of the paintings in a modern way and attracting new visitors to the Tate.
